Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Long Beach Sunrooms & Patios, longbeachsunroomsandpatios.com, hi@longbeachsunroomsandpatios.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Long Beach Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate, project or service you arrange with us. By using this site, calling us or sending a request through our contact page, you agree to them.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site. When we sign a written contract with you for a project, that contract governs the work, and these terms fill in anything it doesn't cover.

What we do

Long Beach Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Long Beach, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, solariums and patio covers for homes in Long Beach and the cities around it. You can read more about us on our about page or start from our home page.

The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information about the kinds of work we do. They aren't an offer to do a specific job at a specific price, and they aren't engineering, legal or permit advice for your property. What we build for you is set out in your written estimate and contract.

Estimates and pricing

We give free in-person estimates with no obligation, because we can't price a sunroom properly without seeing your house, the slab or deck it will sit on and the way it ties into your roof. An estimate is based on what we can see and what you tell us at the visit.

Your price can change if the scope changes, if you choose different materials or options, or if we find conditions that couldn't be seen beforehand, such as damaged framing, a footing that won't carry the load or work a permit office requires. We won't do extra work without first telling you why it's needed and getting your approval in writing.

Unless your estimate says otherwise, an estimate is valid for 30 days, since material costs and our schedule change over time.

Scheduling and cancellation

We schedule work once you've signed a contract and any required permits are in place. Start and finish dates are our best estimate, and they can move because of weather, permit and inspection timing, material delivery or conditions found once the job is open. We'll keep you posted when something changes.

If you need to reschedule a visit or a start date, please call us at (562) 200-7450 as early as you can. Your right to cancel a signed contract, and any cancellation period the law gives you, is set out in that contract. If you cancel after materials have been ordered or custom-made for your project, you may be responsible for those costs as your contract describes.

Payment

The payment schedule for your project, including any deposit and progress payments, is set out in your written contract. Payments are due on the dates or project stages the contract names.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is brought current. Any costs of collecting an unpaid balance are handled as your contract and California law allow.

Warranties

We stand behind our work, and any written warranty on your project is the one stated in your contract. Products such as glass, framing systems, roofing panels and doors usually carry their own maker's warranty, and we'll pass along the paperwork so you can use it.

Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, accidents, storms or other events outside our control, changes or repairs made by someone else, or normal wear. Apart from the warranties written in your contract and those the law requires, this website and our services are provided as is, without any other promise, stated or implied.

Limits on our liability

To the extent California law allows, Long Beach Sunrooms & Patios isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost use of a room, lost income or costs of staying elsewhere, that come from using this website or from our services. Our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including liability for our own negligence where the law says so.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our work and to contact us. Please don't copy its text or photos for commercial use, try to interfere with how it runs, or send false information through our forms.

The site may link to other websites, such as a city or state office. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or how they handle your information.

Resolving a disagreement

If you're unhappy with something, call us first at (562) 200-7450 or reach us through our contact page, because most problems are settled faster by talking them through on site. We reply within 1 business day.

If we can't settle it that way, and your contract doesn't name another process, either of us may take the matter to the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Governing law

These terms, your use of this site and any project we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed with us unless we both agree in writing.

If you have questions about these terms, call us at (562) 200-7450, Monday through Sunday from 7 AM to 11 PM, or send a message through our contact page.
