About our Long Beach sunroom company

How I went from selling sunrooms to building them
I started out selling sunrooms, then moved over to the install side because I wanted to build what I'd been selling, and I started Long Beach Sunrooms & Patios in 2021. All those kitchen tables taught me what people really want to know before they say yes. It's usually simple: what the room will be, what it'll cost and who's building it.
Most of our calls come from homeowners in Long Beach and the cities around it who want more usable room out of a patio, a deck or a back wall. Some parts of Long Beach can flood in a major rainstorm, so I look hard at the base a room will sit on. On the sales side I saw rooms sold one way and built another, so I keep the plan simple and make sure our crew builds the room we talked about. You can see the rooms we build on our home page, and when you're ready to talk about yours, reach us through our contact page.

What you can count on when we build your room
A clear plan at the first visit
I come out to every estimate myself, measure, and look at the base and the wall your room will join, so you get a straight answer on the one room that fits instead of a list of ten. The same person who gives you that plan runs your build, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the crew.
The room we price is the room we build
We settle the big decisions before we price the job, so the written estimate fits the room you actually want, and I'd rather sell you the right room than the biggest one. Our crew lead and installers build from that same plan, and I check in on the job as it goes.
Permits and city steps known early
When your job needs a permit, we pull it and handle the paperwork with the city. Long Beach can add steps for homes in historic districts and coastal zones, so we ask about both at the first visit and you know before design starts.
Licensed for sunroom work in Long Beach
Serving Long Beach and 11 surrounding cities
State contractor's license and city business license
Fully licensed and insured. California requires a state contractor's license when a job needs a building permit, uses other workers or comes to $1,000 or more in labor and materials, and Long Beach only issues building permits to contractors who hold that license plus an active city business license, so check both before you hire anyone for a sunroom.
Where we build sunrooms and patio rooms
Long Beach Sunrooms & Patios is based in Long Beach, California, and we build in the cities around it too, including Torrance and Lakewood. The 12 cities below each have their own page, and we work in others nearby as well.
